Program Manager

Program Manager Location: Swedesboro, NJ. Reports directly to the Program Director. Compensation: $58,000 – $68,000 per year. Responsibilities Plan and implement the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care. Ensure internal and external facilities of the program are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community. Oversee all staff within assigned program(s) including hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance. Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in group outings for individuals. Manage shopping for the home’s necessities such as food, clothing, and household items. Schedule and transport individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. At least one year of supervisory experience in a child or adult behavioral health care agency. Preferred: two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
