Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent customer service.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Communication: Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth dining operations.
- Ambiance Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting front area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Customer Assistance: Answer guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
