Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent customer service.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
• Communication: Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Ambiance Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting front area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Customer Assistance: Answer guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
