Senior Tax Accountant

Are you looking to grow in a firm where your work matters and your growth is supported? ARU Business Services is a fast-growing CPA and Wealth Management firm seeking a Tax Accountant who’s ready to learn, take ownership, and deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare business and personal tax returns for small businesses and individuals
- Assist with general business and financial questions from clients, becoming a trusted partner in their success
- Support clients with accounting services, including preparation and review of financial statements
- Participate in client meetings to review tax filings and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate on tax planning strategies and long-term financial goals
- Take initiative and contribute to the success of a close-knit, professional team
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required)
- Master's degree in Accounting (Preferred)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification (Required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proactive attitude and ownership of your work
- Work experience at a Big 4 or Public Accounting company (Preferred)

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Estimated range: $65,000 – $150,000 annually
