StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dual People & Culture and Accounting Manager for Le Meridien Indianapolis. This unique role integrates HR functions with accounting tasks, focusing on employee engagement and financial operations. Responsibilities include leading recruitment, managing payroll via Paylocity, and overseeing hotel accounting duties through M3 Accounting Core. Ideal candidates will have hotel experience, strong communication skills, and detail orientation.
