Office Administrator
STAR EDUCATIONAL MEDIA NETWORK INC
The Office Administrator at Resurrection Church is a part-time position of 24 to 30 hours per week responsible for the daily administrative functions and efficient operation of the church office. Reporting to the Pastor, this role involves managing the preparation and production of all materials for the congregation, maintaining church records, and updating the master calendar of events. The individual must exhibit conduct that is pleasing to God and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Prepare and produce Sunday and special worship materials, monthly newsletters, and weekly e-News. Maintain church records, including attendance and membership, and publish directories as needed. Collect and compile reports from council members, staff, and team leaders. Ensure communication of congregational events through various channels, including newsletters, e-News, bulletins, and social media. Assist staff with scheduling and administrative duties. Maintain the master calendar of events and activities. Coordinate procurement of worship and office supplies. Answer and distribute phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Update the church’s Facebook page, website, and YouTube channel regularly. Attend weekly staff meetings and manage office equipment. Qualifications Experience in office administration, including event scheduling, volunteer coordination, and document production. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office Suite and familiarity with church administrative software. Strong communication skills and experience with social media management. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
