Marketing Representative

Marketing Representative PuroClean is a leader in emergency property restoration services. This role promotes and sells franchise services within an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a customer base through a systematic process of prospecting, contact, and follow‑up. Job Position Description With a "One Team" mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory. Grow and develop the customer base by identifying new prospects, routinely contacting, and following up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide clear and accurate pre‑testing, scoping, and job estimates. Monitor and follow‑up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met and customer expectations exceeded. Responsibilities Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence. Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing. Maintain a ‘top 25 client’ list; provide lunch and learn sessions and promote continued education courses. Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business. Adhere to and promote safety and guideline compliance while in the office and traveling. Build brand awareness, promote the "One Team" culture and demonstrate willingness to make a difference in the community through service. Qualifications Clear and effective communication skills with a genuine interest in people; ask open‑ended questions and deliver the brand message. Talent for identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships and create win‑win situations. Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting. Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines; present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales setting.
