Responsibilities As the Executive Chef, you will be an important part of the food service management team with responsibilities including hiring, supervising, and scheduling kitchen staff for both banquet operations and restaurant outlets, while also having significant input on menu development and culinary direction. Qualifications Required: Culinary degree (or equivalent work experience). Ability to work nights and weekends.
