Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is desirable
• Ability to independently conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades 2–4 in accordance with IEP goals
• Complete comprehensive speech/language assessments and contribute to evaluation meetings
• Document student progress and update IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work closely with classroom teachers and school staff to strategize and implement successful interventions
• Engage parents and guardians in the therapy process and provide resources as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development sessions
