A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while providing outstanding client service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills. Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, he/she must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Candidate must provide immediate analysis on liability, damages, and communicating the steps the team will follow in order to achieve the best results for the client. Must be willing to be trained to take depositions and try cases. We work hard but our culture is supportive.
