Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator

T2 Utility Engineers is seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator to bolster marketing and business development efforts across the United States and Canada. This onsite role in Ashland, VA focuses on crafting on-brand content, coordinating creatives, and supporting brand awareness within the AEC sector. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across offices to interpret brand standards and drive timely project delivery. Primary responsibilities include shaping materials for digital and print channels, managing website content, and providing staff-facing brand support to ensure consistency across all communications. Responsibilities Interpret and apply corporate brand standards across marketing materials and provide staff-facing brand support. Develop and format marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, advertisements, event materials, branded merchandise, and internal communications. Create clear and compelling on-brand visual content, including informational graphics, diagrams, and photo edits. Assist with the execution of marketing and communication priorities, campaigns, events, and other initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate messaging, maintain schedules, and support timely project delivery. Develop and manage website content. Order printed materials and promotional items, and perform other administrative, creative, or coordination-related tasks as assigned to achieve department goals.
