Admissions Operations and Communications Coordinator

Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time,12-month Admissions Operations and Communications Coordinatorposition. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director of EnrollmentOperations and Technology, this position serves as a member of theEnrollment Management team and supports admissions operations,enrollment technology, application processing, communicationsexecution, and enrollment reporting. The Coordinator assists withmaintaining operational processes that support prospective studentsthroughout the admissions funnel while ensuring data integrity,efficient workflow management, and exceptional customerservice. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update admissions communication templates,operational documents, and decision communications within SlateCRM. Coordinate the processing and release of admissions decisionsand related correspondence while ensuring accuracy and dataintegrity. Support enrollment operations by assisting with Slate CRMadministration, reporting, queries, forms, dashboards, and workflowmanagement. Process and audit inquiry, application, and enrollment recordsto ensure timely and accurate movement of applicants through theadmissions funnel. Assist with admissions communication campaigns, audiencemanagement, and quality assurance for email, text, portal, andprint communications. Maintain admissions-related information across institutionalwebsites and external platforms. Provide backup support for key Admissions Operations staff andassist with other enrollment management initiatives asassigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Two to five years of experience in admissions, enrollmentmanagement, higher education administration, or a relatedfield. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word,and Outlook. Experience with databases and CRM systems; experience withSlate preferred. Experience with student information systems; experience withJenzabar preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbalcommunication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong skills in professional written communication, businesscorrespondence, proofreading, and document formatting. Commitment to data integrity, customer service, andconfidentiality. Knowledge of standard office equipment.
