Job Description:
Line Workers: line press boxes and forming trays with clean, sanitized wet cheesecloths or specialized pressing cloths. Transfer coagulated tofu curds evenly into cloth-lined molds to prevent air pockets or uneven density. Hand-wrap curds securely in wet cloth, ensuring tight, uniform folds before applying mechanical or hydraulic pressure.

Product Inspection: Check tofu blocks, packaging integrity, and labels for defects or errors.

Packaging & Sorting: Place finished goods into boxes, cartons, or crates along the conveyor system.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
