This description reflects the Retail Associate Manager role and its partnership with the Store Manager to develop the store team and achieve customer and Mobile Expert success. Job Responsibilities Customer – Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s values. Orient and ground them to a standard of Loving Our Customers. Ensure customer needs are met, build customer confidence, and create a simple, comfortable experience that resolves the whole problem. Complete observations of Mobile Experts’ interactions and use feedback for development, training, and coaching conversations. Effectively manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions. Owner – Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact with Mobile Experts to ensure they meet or exceed monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to plan-o-gram standards, and use visual displays and devices effectively. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate/store communications. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses, discounts, and credits. Education High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience 1 year customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Communication (Required) Leadership (Required) Store Operations (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel and Regulatory Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $96,000 (inclusive of target incentives). Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $72,000. The actual pay is based on location, qualifications, and experience. Pay range details may vary by hiring location.
