Position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Location: Hermitage, Mercer, Sharon / Mercer County, Pa Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $17.00/hour Hiring for 2026-2027 School Year About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You'll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services Provide parent training and caregiver support Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress

Required Qualifications Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances One of the following: BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT certification 2+ years of Behavioral Health Certification (from an NCCA- or ANSI-accredited body) High school diploma or equivalent + 40-hour RBT Training (or willingness to complete within 10 days of hire) Minimum of 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services
