Using whole group, small-group, and individualized instruction, they analyze real-time data to identify root causes of reading challenges in areas such as decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension, and design responsive lessons that build foundational skills alongside critical thinking. Grounded in our culture of Rigor and Love, intervention prioritizes scholar voice, discussion, and meaningful engagement with diverse, complex texts so students see themselves as readers, thinkers, and leaders. In partnership with families, classroom teachers, and school leaders, Literacy Interventionists ensure scholars receive aligned, cohesive support that accelerates growth and expands future opportunity.
