Service Associate

The Service Associate position is responsible for the turnover of sauna rooms and maintaining a welcoming and meticulously clean studio environment while assisting the sales associates. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, fast-paced yet detailed, possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic. The Studio Service Associate's are critical to our business because they provide the exceptional standard of cleanliness that Perspire is known for and that sets us apart from the rest!

Seeking Part time & Full time. 
Must have general availability, including weekends

Studio Hours:
M-F - 7am-8pm
Sat & Sun - 8am-6pm

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate $12 per hour + Free IR Sauna Membership!

Primary Responsibilities

• Promptly turn over sauna room when the guests exits, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment 
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
• Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back of house duties 
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tour to new guests
• Use our software to manage appointments. {MindBody software experience is a plus!}
• Answer phones; Call and schedule leads, guests and members.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Provide consistent, top-notch guest service
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
