Please NOTE: This is a 3 month temporary role (assignment) with our client.

Manufacturing company in Farmington, CT needs a temporary / contract employee for a 3 month temp assignment. Must be able to interview and start immediately.
This is an onsite role.
Human Resources Coordinator – Temporary 3-Month Assignment
About the Opportunity
Our manufacturing client in Farmington, CT is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment. This is a hands-on HR support role that will assist the Human Resources team with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in to support different areas of HR as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including required paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations
- Provide support with employee relations matters and employee questions
- Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate communication, scheduling, and other recruiting support
- Perform HR-related data entry and maintain accurate employee information
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects within the Human Resources department
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and HR documentation
- Provide general support to the HR team and assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources or HR administrative experience preferred
- Recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist in multiple areas of HR
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
