Shift Supervisor (3rd Shift)/h2pProvide support to Shift Supervisor/ppQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/liliPrevious production experience is a must, preferably in an injection molding environment. The associate must have the ability to run all injection molding machines and have a strong understanding of the utility position./liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook)/liliBasic SAP is preferred as daily use of SAP may be required in this position./liliEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary/liliCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions/li/ulpJob Responsibilities:/pulliRemains highly visible on the shop floor, coordinating assignments of all production personnel./liliAssigns work locations and tasks. Responsible for proper staffing of the production lines./liliSchedules breaks and lunches for production personnel./liliEnsures that all manufacturing orders are completed on time./liliEnsures that all products produced meet all quality standards and customer requirements./liliAssists with ensuring efficient labor and machine performance is met and maintained./liliOversees and participates in line clearance events and follows the Line Preparation and Clearance procedure./liliCoordinates problem solving / rework efforts/liliAssists with personnel performance management issues and progressive discipline if warranted./li/ulpWork Environment Conditions Subjected To In This Position:/pulliClimbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
