Accounts Payable Clerk

The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports
• Paying vendors by scheduling checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process.
• Greeting Guests
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Direct visitors/auditors to appropriate departments

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience as an Account Payables clerk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics SL applications and custom Sequel Databases.
• Bilingual Preferred

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
