The Opportunity

• Provide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
• Lead, mentor & develop Project Managers and operations teams
• Maintain senior-level client relationships xhyhwjd and support repeat business
• Partner with preconstruction and specialty-trade teams
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, risk & execution
• Help drive regional growth, staffing & long-term business strategy

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Senior Project Manager, Project Executive or similar leadership background
• Proven experience overseeing large, complex projects and teams
• Strong client relationships and operational leadership skills
• Industrial, manufacturing or technically complex construction experience preferred
