What You’ll Do: ● Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old ● Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair. ● Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs ● Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong! ● Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! ● Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together. ● Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for Center Operations: ● Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker. ● Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness. We want to hear from people who have a: ● Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. ● Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that? ● Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. ● Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. ● Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it.
