Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Revenue Accountant to join the Jetta Operating Accounting team. This position supports the Revenue Supervisor in accounting for operated and non-operated oil and gas properties, and will assist in closing revenue on a monthly basis. Duties/Responsibilities: Record revenue for non-operated oil and gas wells. Record revenue for company operated wells. Monitor payout and gas balancing positions for non-operated properties. Handle owner relations inquiries and phone calls. Support Land Department with preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis of data. Submit monthly reports to the Office of Natural Resources. Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Work with land to monitor and analyze revenue in suspense. Assist other areas of accounting with special projects as needed.
