The team handles complex, high-value M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, offering associates meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction from day one. Responsibilities Manage and execute components of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions Conduct due diligence, draft ancillary transaction documents, and oversee deal checklists Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and cross-office teams Contribute to a collegial, supportive, and fast-growing practice environment Qualifications 3–5 years of M&A experience, ideally within a top-tier Corporate & Finance group Strong drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage elements of transactions independently Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington State Excellent academic credentials Compensation The anticipated base salary range is $235,000 – $365,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
