J. Blanton Plumbing is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding our Sewer Sales Division . As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect with high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment .

• A proven transition and training program that converts HVAC consultants into sewer sales professionals in 4–5 weeks

• $2,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days , contingent on onboarding performance and fit

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners
• Assess customer needs and recommend high-ticket sewer solutions
• Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
• Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in outside or in-home sales.
• Proven experience selling directly to customers face-to-face.
• Experience working with high-ticket products or services.
• Experience being the first salesperson in the home , rather than simply taking over an appointment after someone else identified the problem.
• Experience closing customers during the initial appointment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment .
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to carry approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairs.
• Willingness to learn the technical side of sewer systems and residential plumbing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC or in-home residential sales
• Proven success in consultative, face-to-face sales environments
• Experience presenting options (good / better / best)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and closing ability
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes
• No prior sewer sales experience required, we train you .
