See and Hear from a Ryder Employee who Drives for Us Here: You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like. $2000 or more per week - And it gets better Driver Positions Pay Weekly Hourly Pay: $29.00 Per Hour 40+ hours per week Earn extra $1/hour for every 3 endorsements/certifications Overtime pay after 40 hours $50 per diem per night Monday–Friday schedule (home time stability) $1,000 Annual Tenure Bonus Job Details Regional Solo routes: New England States and East Coast Paid travel + hotel or sleeper provided for overnights Tractor Type: Day Cabs and Sleepers - Possibility of 26' Straight Truck Trailer Type: 48' - 53' Flatbeds, Dry Vans, Reefers, Conestogas, Curtainsides and Container Freight Mix: Touch & No-Touch Equipment provided: pallet jack, lift gate, rollers or Moffett 1 year of flatbed experience Hazmat, Tanker & Doubles/Triples Endorsements required Experience with strapping, chaining & tarping Ryder Drivers operate well-maintained, safe trucks, 36 months or newer with 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations.
