Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Mathematics (secondary level) or eligibility for certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience teaching high school math, particularly Algebra 1 and Pre-Calculus
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Adaptability and commitment to meeting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic instruction in Algebra 1 and Pre-Calculus to high school students
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards to promote student understanding and engagement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to address different learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school staff to support student success
