Job Description
This position is for a Receptionist at McAnally Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. A job description and current salary compensation plan are attached. Receptionist at McAnally Middle School is in Pay Grade 2 of the attached pay plan. Primary Purpose: Under direct supervision, provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the campus office.
Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills: Proficient keyboarding skills Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written instructions Ability to operate multi-line phone system
Experience: One year clerical experience in office setting

- 5 Local leave days + 5 State leave days. Prorated for part-time hours.
