As a Marketing Specialist at Trayak, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts and promoting Trayak's suite of consulting and software solutions. You will dedicate 80% of your focus to high-impact marketing strategy and content creation. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies towards Trayak's professional B2B audience, managing Trayak's contact information and CRM, supporting digital marketing activities, growing and maintaining organizational relationships, and creating compelling content to engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives. The remaining 20% involves direct client and lead management to keep your marketing efforts grounded in real-world customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive inbound and outbound marketing strategies to promote Trayak's consulting and software solutions.
2. Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. And report on the performance of the campaigns.
3. Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
4. Manage Trayak's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
6. Provide design guidance for presentations, client projects, customer resources, tutorial videos, whitepapers, help documents, and internal resources.
7. Lead the management of Trayak's contact information and CRM including regular clean-up, engagement tracking, and growth.
8. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
9. Help to identify potential marketing and business development opportunities with professional and community organizations.
10. Manage a small number of current clients including training, renewal, growth opportunities, and long-term relationship management.
11. Manage a small number of leads through initial qualification, software demos, and through successful purchase through a consultative, value-based approach.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
2. 0-3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the B2B, SaaS, software solutions, or consulting industry.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
4. Skilled in both inbound and outbound marketing activities and comfortable with the development and nurturing of new contacts through direct outreach.
5. Track record of executing against marketing calendars and experience roadmaps while meeting business targets (traffic, engaged visits, conversion rate, etc.)
6. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, online advertising platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas.
8. Creative, out of the box thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and eagerness to learn on the job.
11. Passionate about corporate sustainability.
