Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team in a Customer Service / Inside Sales role located in Keller.

What You'll Do:

• Contact moms who have signed up and expressed interest in fundraising opportunities for their PTO/PTA groups
• Answer questions and provide information about fundraising programs
• Build relationships and help organizations get started with fundraising efforts
• No cold calling — all leads have already shown interest

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable and goal-oriented

Compensation:

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance bonus opportunity of up to an additional $3.00 per hour for achieving goal
• Daily fun incentives and gifts for hitting your sales goals

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Additional Benefits:

• Company closes for two weeks during Christmas
• Company closes for one week around the July 4th holiday
• Training provided — no experience necessary
