Day shifts, 5 days/week.
Assignment Details
Contract duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 32 hours/week.
Requirements
- Active nursing license
- Experience in assisted living or similar settings preferred
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor patients' health and report changes
- Document all patient interactions and care provided
- Assist with activities of daily living
Compliance / Notes
Background checks and drug screenings are required prior to placement.
