Shelter Safety & Resident Support Lead
Intrepid Staffing Services Llc
Endeavors in Austin seeks a Shelter Monitor to uphold safety and structure in our shelter program. You will document incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and collaborate with staff to address residents’ needs while maintaining professional boundaries and following program rules. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience with at-risk populations.
