Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Assignment length: 14 weeks.
• Skilled nursing facility setting.

Gebhard Woods State Park is located in Morris and provides hiking, boating access, and canal-side recreation near the Illinois & Michigan Canal.
