Job Description TLC Family Care provides backup childcare for families. We strive to give working parents peace of mind while being a shining example of what quality care should be. TLC Family Care is looking for reliable, trustworthy, compassionate caregivers to provide high quality assistance and personal care services in clients’ homes. Our agency provides backup care when families are in need. We are a very busy agency and care for both seniors and children. We have lots of work in your area and you have the freedom to choose the shifts you want, mostly daytime 8 am‑6 pm. How it works: TLC contacts you with open Elder Care shifts. You take the shifts that work for your schedule (like a substitute teacher). Compensation and Benefits: $15 – $17 per hour gross before taxes (includes occasional bonuses). Weekly direct deposit as an employee of TLC. Overtime – time and a half pay. $50 per month toward an HSA for employees who work at least 30 hours per week. If hired: Must be able to provide legal work status in the U.S. Must have or obtain Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within a few weeks of employment. Will complete an online orientation. Qualifications Have at least three full weekdays of availability – Monday through Friday. Be able to start as early as 7 am or stay as late as 7 pm, if needed; you will know your schedule ahead of time. Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day‑care provider, or teacher. Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication.
