Systems Analyst II
The Systems Analyst II supports the Store Development and Construction organization by owning requests from intake to value across M365, Power Platform, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client), and reporting platforms. The role partners cross-functionally with Project Management, Design, Planning, Estimating, vendors, and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed digital solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Major duties and responsibilities include qualifying and scoping requests from intake through delivery, designing, building, and maintaining reliable solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Client, and Power BI, collaborating with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive decisions, standardizing high-frequency requests into reusable templates, and supporting reporting, data validation, and visibility through curated datasets and BI tooling.
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field or equivalent practical experience, proven end-to-end ownership, hands-on with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client), Power BI, and relational data concepts (SQL), clear communication, stakeholder management, experience designing workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation, and understanding of automation and AI concepts.
