ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist Schedule This position operates on a 5-day work schedule with an 8-hour shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Job Description The Physical Therapist provides therapy services to patients referred by physicians, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation, along with follow-up and discharge planning. Responsibilities also include assisting with clinical aspects of the department, supervising and coordinating programs, and ensuring productivity standards are met. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the physical and cognitive abilities of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Adhere to policies and procedures regarding documentation, including evaluations and progress notes. Participate in patient care and family conferences, in-service programs, and departmental meetings. Provide counseling to patients and families regarding treatment and care plans. Oversee and coordinate student programs and volunteer activities within the department. Support departmental operations, including scheduling to assure quality patient coverage and supervision. Maintain awareness of community resources for appropriate referrals. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Bachelor's, Master's, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
