Job Overview:

As the Apparel Production Manager, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, fabrication, and distribution of manufacturing, and are a key link in the fashion chain. Your role is to ensure that products are high quality, ready for sale on time, and at the right price.

 

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and ensuring production is cost effective. 
  
• Establishing and executing quality and assurance protocols for the product, and monitoring product standards.
  
• Assessing the human and material resources needed, and allocating labor resources.
  
• Representing the production department in meetings, and working closely with cross-functional teams
• Researching new sources of manufacturing and industry best practices, checking raw material quality, and ensuring that the manufacturing of garments adheres to all safety standards.

 

Job Logistics

Location: New York, NY – Midtown West

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000
