Located in Phoenix , AZ Salary: DOE HVAC/R Technician / Installer North PhoenixCompetitive Pay (DOE)
Full-Time The Opportunity We are seeking motivated HVAC/R Technicians and Installers to join our growing team. We welcome both recent trade school graduates and experienced professionals to support our construction and service departments. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in commercial refrigeration and HVAC with a company that values skill, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do Construction Refrigeration Installers
- Complete remodels and retrofit projects (typically night shifts)
- Participate in ground-up new construction projects (day shifts)
- Install commercial refrigeration systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Wire and program electronic monitoring and control systems
- Work onsite with the construction team to ensure proper system setup and functionality
- Travel from home to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance
- Complete scheduled service calls and emergency repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- HVAC/R certificate from a trade school or college
- Proficiency with electrical and electronic controls
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, on-call shifts, and occasional travel
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record
