HVAC Technician Opportunity
Are you a skilled HVAC Technician looking to make a real impact from day one? Deer Valley Plumbing is excited to launch our new HVAC division, and we're looking for dedicated, driven technicians who are ready to shape the future of HVAC services in Phoenix!

What You'll Do:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide expert solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Work directly with management to develop best practices and set quality standards as the team grows
- Collaborate with other service departments to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience preferred
- Current EPA certification (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to contribute to a developing team
- Willingness to adapt and help establish standards and procedures in a new division
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
