Position Highlights
  • Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday routine from 8 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Call Requirements: Minimal on-call duties shared with fellow providers, supported by an RN triage call center.
  • Patient Load: Manage a reasonable daily caseload of 10 to 14 patients.
  • Focus: Engage in Value-Based Care specifically designed for seniors.
  • Team Environment: Collaborate within a dedicated care team.
  • Qualifications: Both board-certified and board-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Practice Setting: Become part of an established practice utilizing athenahealth.
  • Quality Focus: Emphasize quality metrics and effective population health management.
