We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team at Highland Springs Post Acute , a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation services.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient examinations and queries, implementing and interpreting organizational policies and procedures, and educating staff on unit operations. Responsibilities:

Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
Assist with educating the staff they supervise on their unit

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of VA
Experience as a Supervisor/Unit Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility
