Responsibilities Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion. Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives. Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Your contributions to the team Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication. Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll, Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) in driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments. Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud. Working knowledge on fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI. Preferred Skill and Experience Experience in solution design, POC, troubleshooting of issues. Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations. Experience in working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.). Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
