Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferredEPA – Universal Certification preferredValid driver's license / clean driving record requiredOSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferredResponsibilities:Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service scheduleEnsure that all work is completed within company standards and within acceptable time framesTroubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-sitePartner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needsResponsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policyBuild and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer serviceFollow all company safety procedures, as well as any job site-specific safety proceduresMaintain up-to-date product and industry knowledgePerform other duties as assigned by your manager(s)The starting base range for this position is $38.00-45.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
