At Legacy Mechanical, we’re looking for a driven Project Executive who can lead both people and projects from preconstruction through completion while helping grow long-term customer relationships. 10+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role.
What You’ll Do
Lead Projects
- Supervise and mentor team members and help build a strong, accountable culture
- Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own project financial performance, schedules, labor, and material budgets
- Coordinate design reviews, submittals, procurement, permits, and document control
- Track and manage change orders, billings, and forecasting
- Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities
- Contribute to annual sales and revenue growth goals
- Support monthly forecasting and revenue planning
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and team development efforts
