Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $20,000 Sign-On Bonus – Evening & Overnight Crawford Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full-Time opportunities with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available for select shifts. Sign-On Bonus Eligibility Full-Time LPNs hired into: 3p–11p 11p–7a Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years. Available to new full-time hires only. Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff. Limited positions available. LPN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies Supervise and support Nursing Assistants Monitor and assess resident conditions Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families Complete documentation accurately and timely Participate in facility education and in-service programs Qualifications Active Pennsylvania LPN license Strong clinical assessment skills Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment Effective communication and leadership abilities All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
