• Organize and file medical records
• Ability to verify insurance benefits accurately and perform insurance verification procedures
• Bilingual a must to serve diverse patient populations effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical billing processes
• Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
