We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Commercial Lease Manager for our Accounting + Finance industry. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial leasing process, including the negotiation and execution of leases, tenant relations, and lease administration.
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Review and analyze lease agreements and financial reports to ensure compliance with lease terms and to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of rents, taxes, and other expenses related to the properties.
- Collaborate with the legal team to address any legal issues related to the leases, including disputes, evictions, and litigation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the properties and the effectiveness of the leasing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, leasing practices, and financial principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Real estate license or certification is preferred.
