Front Office Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Job Summary A professional and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator is needed to support daily operations within a fast-paced office environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and provide a wide range of administrative and organizational support to internal teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls and handling incoming deliveries and mail Perform general administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies inventory Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and obtaining necessary signatures for internal and external materials Support meeting coordination by scheduling conference rooms, organizing agendas, and preparing materials as needed Provide support for financial and administrative processes, including tracking transactions, processing deposits, and assisting with register updates Assist with coordinating internal and external meetings, including arranging travel, meals, and related logistics Provide assistance to leadership and team members with document drafting, reporting, and general administrative needs Deliver backup administrative support as needed, including managing shared inboxes and routing correspondence appropriately Maintain office organization and ensure shared spaces such as kitchens and meeting areas are kept clean and presentable Qualifications Coursework or background in business administration or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities effectively High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and administrative processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience working in an administrative or professional office setting preferred Company Description The Bachrach Group (TBG) is a New York-based staffing and recruiting agency founded in 1974 by Richard Bachrach.
