Digital Health Coordinator

The Digital Health Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Saskatchewan Digital Health Strategy by providing reliable, sustainable, and patient-centered digital health services. This position involves coordinating service management activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure alignment with provincial health objectives and successful implementation of digital health initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate enhancements of existing digital health projects to support long-term transformation.
• Provide backup for administrative support functions as needed.
• Offer leadership to sequence and align digital initiatives with provincial objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, change management, and implementation monitoring.
• Oversee reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization for digital health projects.
• Act as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across multiple projects.

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and/or SharePoint.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, requirements gathering, and presenting findings.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
• Ability to translate effectively between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT teams.
• Knowledge of information management and information technology.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Certifications in Change Management, Project Management Institute (PMI), and/or business analysis.
• Experience and knowledge of the Saskatchewan health care system.

• Must be capable of supporting a complex, province-wide digital health strategy requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Ability to manage change and resolve issues in a dynamic health care environment.

• Standard work schedule with potential requirements for flexible hours to support project timelines and stakeholder needs.
