We are seeking a Full Time FCCM Tech Lead with strong Oracle FCCM/OFSAA, data analytics, integration, and technical leadership experience to support enterprise Customer Risk Rating and regulatory compliance solutions
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, development, integration, and implementation of Oracle FCCM/CRR solutions
- Develop scalable analytical applications using SQL/PLSQL, Unix, shell scripting, and ETL pipelines
- Design API and enterprise integrations supporting end-to-end analytical platforms
- Work with Architects, Business Analysts, PMO, testing teams, and business stakeholders
- Develop detailed technical designs and solution options
- Work with Oracle FCCM/OFSAA and Customer Risk Rating data models, preferably Mantas
- Design risk scoring solutions and high-volume data processing pipelines
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and hybrid platform environments
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
- Apply AI enablement for code automation and operational efficiency
- Ensure secure development practices and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
- 10+ years of software development, systems design, or architecture experience preferred for Tech Lead/Senior roles
- Strong Oracle FCCM/OFSAA and Customer Risk Rating experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCM Customer Risk Rating implementations in a techno-functional role
- Strong SQL/PLSQL, Unix, shell scripting, and ETL experience
- Experience with Autosys or Control-M scheduling tools
- Strong API, system integration, and data analytics solution design experience
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, regulatory compliance, and risk platforms
- Experience with Agile, SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps CI/CD
- Cloud and hybrid platform experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- CAMS certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
