Consulting work is varied and rigorous, performed across client sites worldwide. Projects vary in length, size, and location, and you may travel internationally. More experienced professionals may begin to specialize in one or more practice areas, potentially in an expert consulting track that matches your deep knowledge and skills in a particular discipline or industry. You will receive mentorship and world‑class learning programs along the way. What You’ll Bring BCG hires Experienced Hires for Associate and Consultant positions. Associates typically have 0–4 years of full‑time work experience; Consultants generally have 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD). All degree programs (including part‑time) must be completed before starting at BCG. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office, and you will be expected to be in the office as directed. Compensation First‑Year Base Salary for this role: Associate: $110,000 USD In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, BCG’s Profit‑Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, and a market‑leading benefits package.
